In a first (non-binding) conversation, we will discuss your wishes and ideas with you. What benefit should your construction project have and what does the financial aspect look like on your side. The preliminary planning includes the first draft plans. Sketches, plans and first drafts are created that contain your requirements. If necessary, we obtain information from the building authorities during this phase andcheck the feasibility in terms of costs.

As soon as the draft meets your expectations, we take care of the approvals of the relevant offices and authorities. Of course, we also take over any negotiations with them and the resulting adjustments to the drafts for you.

Tender
The final assignment to the individual trades is up to you, the client. To make your decision easier, we evaluate the various offers in advance. We check the completeness of the services offered, obtain offers for missing services and make a pre-selection. Of course, we will support you with your decision with our expertise and experience.

After the award, your construction project can begin. We coordinate the scheduling with all the trades involved. We regularly monitor the construction progress and coordinate all the craftsmen involved
